Hydranexus – Return & Refund Policy
At Hydranexus, we are committed to delivering quality hydraulic systems, components, and services. If you need to return a product, please review the following policy, which ensures a smooth and efficient process through our internal return management system.
🔄 Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- The product is defective, incorrect, or damaged in transit
- The return is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty (typically 3 months from delivery)
- You initiate the return within 14 calendar days of receiving the item
- The product is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Custom-engineered or special-order items are non-returnable unless proven faulty
🔧 Return Process
Submit a Return Request
Contact us at support@hydranexus.store and include your Order Number or Invoice Number
Describe the issue and attach any relevant photos
Our support team will review your case and register the return in our internal system
Return Approval & Authorization
If eligible, we will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) with a reference number
For manufacturer dropshipped items, additional approval may be required before returning
Return Shipping Instructions
Once approved, you will receive the return address and packaging guidelines
The customer is responsible for securely packaging and shipping the item back, unless agreed otherwise
Inspection & Resolution
Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it within 3–5 business days
If approved, a credit note, replacement, or refund will be issued
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
Items damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse
Custom-made or customer-specified parts (e.g. machined blocks, circuits)
Electrical or electronic components that have been powered or installed
Items returned without prior approval or valid RMA number
Products not purchased directly from Hydranexas
💸 Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 15% to 25% may apply based on product condition and manufacturer policy. This will be clearly communicated before the return is finalized.
🚚 Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where Hydranexas shipped the wrong or faulty product
Return shipping is typically the responsibility of the customer unless arranged otherwise in advance

Once your return request is approved and logged in our system:
You will receive RMA instructions and updates by email
